It's getting a muffler. Needs to be at 87db to run at Lime Rock and right now it's probably about 130 maybe more.

Alright the car is finally back on the ground and running after being on jack stands for two months. New Mfactory diff installed new engine mounts with poly inserts o/p gasket and ditsy seal. New rear struts just needs an alignment and some body work on the roof and it will be ready to do some SCCA events. Plans are as of now to run at the FCSCC season opening autox in Stratford CT on March 20th to shake it down and make sure everything works then the first on track racing will be April 29th and 30th at Thompson Speedway do some testing and tweaks to get the car right where I want it.

Almost forgot we put on a muffler so the car is a bit more quiet sounds pretty good for a $35 ebay flowmaster knock off.

Also mounted up two sets of Hoosier scrubs. A set of well used SM6's for our autox break in and a set of 80% SM7's on the Rota's for the first track event.

So the sunday event was cancelled because of inclement weather but we did get a few runs in on Saturday at the rookie school after I was done instructing. I had made a half run earlier in the morning just too see the course set up then my co driver took it out for a full on 100% lap in the afternoon. Car seems pretty quick for having the factory engine equipped but then I let a fellow competitor take the car out for a run and right off the line it started skipping so unfortunately I will not get another full blast run in it for another two weeks but we did find the problem in about 3 minutes worth of diag
