My name is Max, about 3 months ago got a 97 Escort. Just looking for a cheap transportation car, but I'm trying to fix it up to and learn how to do as much as I can. The dealer said they replaced the transmission. I had to replace the radiator (trans oil in coolant), flush the cooling system, and will be flushing the trans fluid as well. This seems like an excellent resource, and I thank everybody for the help in advance.
