Brake lights, radio wiring, ... horn... anything else go to it? i keep popping 20's and 25's even and i don't want to run a 30 even though it will, cause it gets hot and i can smell the forerunner to ozone, which mean electrical fire, and i don't want that at all, what circuits should i check for shorts/grounds?

What other things run on the "radio" fuse under the dash?
Anyone else ever had a similar problem?

According to the '95 service manual, the RADIO fuse covers the radio, radio amplifier, remote control mirrors, and instrument panel illumination. The STOP fuse covers the brake lights (all 3), and the horn.

Check for a shorted wire behind the fuse block, as well as behind the radio.

The radio wiring harness tends to suffer a lot of abrasion if the isolation/mounting clips have been broken or removed.

And yes, make sure that somebody hasn't bridged or moved a circuit.

check for rusted out or badly attached connecters to the HVAC fan and/or the resistor near the fan that controls fan speed.

Rusted out connections were causing that fuse to pop constantly in mine.
