    Thanks, Dave :)

Back on topic: I drilled and installed the cargo shade, and found out much to my delight that the extra set of 6.5" speakers I had kicking around will fit perfectly in the stock 5x7 spots in the back (can even use stock mounting points!). So those are in as well...fronts will be going in sometime this week. Today, she's getting an oil change :)

I would, except the engine runs absolutely flawlessly and I get 40+ mpg.

I enjoy having a reliable, efficient commuter with a few modifications that make it MY car.

It will get a BP if it ever blows the 1.9. But as long as the 1.9 keeps on ticking, it'll have a home under my hood :)

In other news, I ended up blowing the sub and realizing I don't really want or need a huge stereo, so I sold it haha (and managed to not lose money on it!). Next up, it's getting tint and with the stereo finally out I get to find out just how it handles!

Sold the 16s today (got a great offer on them and 7.5" wide rims with a +38 offset are just too wide...was rubbing even at stock height on bumps).

Also today...threw in a set of 1.8" Canuck Motorsports lowering springs, Monroe SensaTrack shocks, and new strut mounts...w00t...handles great, looks wicked, can't wait 'till the springs settle :)

Oh yeah... rolling on 13" VW 7-spoke alloys now haha.

Wow, haven't been here in way too long! A year ago I moved to Korea to teach English, so sadly Reginald (the wagon) has been sitting for a while...went home to visit last month and it was an absolute blast driving again!!!

Anyhoo...I snapped a pic last year before I left for Korea...it has the 13" VW rims painted gold (love blue cars with gold rims) and the Canuck Motorsports drop springs installed...
