are there any computer programs out there that help show what a car would look like if you added stuff to them and things like that??(yes i know another stupid question)

legal copy of photoshop (even though 99% of all photoshop copies out there are pirated)

and about 10 hours of reading and tutorial to learn the programs. gimp is a very good editing tool which is basically a free clone of photoshop.
