I did the rear disk brake swap but I can't get the E-brake to work i chage the cable and when I pull it it feel harder that before but it doesn't stop at all. I have look but can't find anyone post with same problem?
on the back of the caliper, there should be an adjustment gear covered by a threaded plug (bolt) that retracts the piston when replacing the pads.
try to tighten that adjustment gear, and it should work.
i have a 92 gt, the parking brake was doing the same thing, then i adjusted the gear, now it holds on everytime.
