when im going into 5th in my 93 lx and slow down past 100k and go to get it back up to speed it starts to jerkback and fourth unless i lay it to the floor.....any thoughts....

I dont know the 1.9 very well, but sounds like somethings trippin´ up the air flow sensor..where its a MAF or a MAP I dont know. Maybe a vacuum leak ?

I wonder if it could be the temperature sensor???its just hangin there because i dont have the propper intake hose(cold air intake)....
