Ok here my problem...

First time - i was driving, and the RPM Tachometer go's crazy and after 5 sec the car stalled...and it refuse to restart...

i did a test to see if there is spark...no spark

I changed the PCM, Ignition coil and ignition module, check all the belts and it was ok...

Seconde time - Did 66KM to do some test if it waz ok...Same thing...but it did backfire this time...

I changed the VAF sensor, distributor, Sparkplug, Fuelfilter and TB this time... Nothing! The engine turns but won't start, no spark...Self Diagnostic does nothing

on the 2 time it did that, it was on acceleration...

Could it be another PCM?

Help me please

I'm a bit confused.

The LX doesn't have a distributor or a VAF so I'm not sure how you changed them. I assume by VAF you meant MAF sensor, so I'm okay here. However, I have no idea what you are mistaking for a distributor, since the LX is completely distributorless.

Please clarify.

Also, are you saying that your Check Engine Light did not illuminate on either occasion?

I'd be inclined to say you have a fault with your voltage regulator that fried your PCM. However, I would have expected to see under or over voltage codes from various sensors. On sudden arcing, perhaps the PCM is killed so quickly that you get no codes.

I'd have your alternator checked carefully for a short (may be intermittent, so the test may not find this). If this is the case, your PCM is likely dead again. If you go to change the PCM, I'd definitely try a different alternator at the same time.
