So I was out at lunch today and has my windows down (94 gt). I went to put them up, and the DS went up properly. The PS went up, but it was verrrrry slow. Kinda like in the winter. Anyway, I got it up. later I put it down a bit, and went to put it up.. nothing.
I can't put it up or down from the DS controls. On the PS controls, it'll go down, but not up.

I tried 3 different PS window switches, and it was all the same. It'll go down, but not up.
Any ideas/?

can you hear it do anything?

you may have to remove the panel and check for voltage at the motor. if you have voltage at the motor, time for a 3rd gen power window swap.

It doesn't make any sound when I want it to go up. It'll go down fine though.
