Don't think I've seen a thread on here dedicated to this yet, so I figured I'd see what we can come up with.

Mine have been pretty tame - can't wait to see others.

Some time in 2007: Rear ended by a BMW service tech who was driving a customer's car. BMW shop replaced my rear bumper. I either never took pics or somehow lost them. I have very little documentation of this event.

09SEP08: My fault; took a highway off-ramp too fast with junk tires, lost traction and slid along the Jersey barriers before coming to a stop. This caused the front end to be permanently tweaked, even after taking it to a frame shop.

05MAY09: Rear-ended a second time. Just installed my EGT bumper two weeks prior.

17MAY12: Silver car got t-boned at a 4-way intersection. Not my fault.

Rear ended on the freeway by a girl that was texting and had no insurance. Car was totaled from this and I got $700 for it and kept the car. Can't remember when this was, sometime in '06 or '07 I think.

To keep this thread rolling, here are a few I collected from Google Images. Looks like a couple of these may have been FEOA member cars.

Here's a recent thread from someone else...
    https://www.feoa.net/modules.php?name=Fo ... highlight=

The pictures are interesting to look at, but I... we learn way
more from the stories behind them. I look at a few of these
and remember instances where that could've been me. Like one night
many years ago I was zipping down the left lane on a dark two-lane
highway ~80mph when something very large, black, entered my
headlights. I had very little time to react and jerked the steering wheel
harder than I should've to avoid it. Probably should've spun out and
rolled over but fortunately for my passengers especially nothing became of
it. The car (<-- my 'scort) handled it flawlessly, bobbing back and forth
    like a boat;
just woke up my passengers is all.

Looking back I figure it was probably a truck-tread that was up on end.
Lesson I learned, better to hit and deal with the damage versus potentially
rollover. Second less is slow down at nigh; particularly when you have
passengers. Third lesson is, right lane is generally safer because other
vehicles will likely have taken out any obstacles (like tire treads) before
    you.

I have some experiences and pics to share. Will post...

    There's this thread: https://www.feoa.net/modules.php?name=Fo ... ic&t=54993

...which includes a lot of the pics already posted here. And a misspelling of "gratuitous."

Also, in the one pic of the black ZX2, I wondered why a pole falling on the car caused airbag deployment, but then I scrolled to the next pic and realized the car hit the pole. Who'da thunk?

There was a wreck this past Summer where a 3rd-Gen was
knocked off an overpass. The driver did not survive. The (dump?) truck
driver reportedly was not paying attention and drove into the stopped
    vehicle. (traffic jam)

No, he made that to be a fun N/A GT. The damage was less than appears. Panels and some massaging and it was fine.

Yeah apparently the bird got the better of his vehicle. ;)

That reminds me, man if I had a photo of that time a goose tarred the
driver-side of my vehicle. Cars in the oncoming lane parted like the Red
Sea to let me make a left-turn into the car wash LoL...

The 3rd gen crash test is not that bad actually, go check out a dodge neon of the same year.

@Madmatt, I'm not suprised both of those cars are GM
