Picked up new issue of Grassroots Motorsports and what do I see inside? A big ol article w/pictures of our beloved egt and protege. The article is about autocrossing. I was very surprised to see our car get some attention.

I popped out during lunch to pick up my copy. It´s good. Nice to see the Forzda Proscort get some recognition. They had nice phrases too, talking about the twins being ´underestimated giant killers´. Congrats go out to all involved in the article.

As I recall, in ´91, or ´92, GrM did an article on the new cars to take autocrossing. Among them were the GT, the MR2, the Civic Si and the Sentra SE-R. They chose the GT over all those other pretenders. One of the things they were jazzed about was the fact that it handled so well that "you could just keep turning the wheel," or something to that effect.

I think I will jump out and take a look at this latest copy. Thanks for the heads-up.
