The seller is a dealershop. So I think a dealership has some liabilities that a private seller would not have. Im thinking of the "lemon laws", where a car comes automatically with some guarantee that it will be suitable for a passenger vehicle. I.E. If it conks out a week after the sale, the seller is obligate to make the repair.
There are very few states that have a "lemon law" for used cars. Most used cars in most states are sold "as is where is" I like the way they put mow lines in the floor mats.
