SUNDAY OCTOBER 5th, 2003.
I've spent the last few days trying to co-ordinate one final meet of the season with the boys and girls from the FocusCanada club.
So here are the details, and I hope all of you are able to attend!!
Date: SUNDAY OCTOBER 5th, 2003.
Time: 9:30am - 10:00am (Initial Meeting)
Location: Wendy's / Tim Hortons on the Q.E.W. Niagara bound at Ontario Street in BEAMSVILLE
Events: (taken from the FocusCanada Website) .....
There are several beautiful parks along the way that would be a great place to fire up the little propane bbqs and toss the frisbee and footballs around.
What we need to know is who will be able to make it so we can make a list of supplies so we know who can bring what.
We thought this would be a great way to end off the year, shine the cars up and snap some great pictures, and hopefully get a few of the N00Bs out.
Take a look at your calendars and let us know if you can make it.
We need to know who is going to be a DEFINATE SHOW because Dub and I are going to be making the lists of stuff we are going to need. Here is what we have agreed on in respects to what supplies will be required for the cruise.
1. Football.
2. Frisbee.
3. Burgers (2 Box) Depending on turn-out.
4. Hotdogs (3 Packages) Depending on turn-out.
3. Mini propane BBQ.
4. Cases of pop
5. Cooler
6. Ice Ice Baby.
7. Buns (both burgers and hotdogs)
8. Condiments (ketchup, relish, tard etc...)
9. BBQ Utensils.
10. Paper plates
11. Pastic utensils
12. Napkins
13. Chips
14. Any other sort of bbq food eg. Potato salad, slaw, etc...
If anyone can contribute ANY of this stuff, please let us know.
I think collectively, we can make this happen quite easily.
