My cousin spent some time on one. He was on dates all the time. It literally wore him out. He had me replying to some of the girls 'cos he just couldn't manage it all. It was hilarious. I mean, I can't believe he didn't catch something nasty. "Okay Doc, just where do you plan to stick that Q-tip?"
