I just replaced the cylinder head with a rebuilt one. I drove it for about 10 miles and my serpentine belt came off with oil on it. No oil in the timing compartment tho. Where should I look for the leak? View attachment 48930

Did the rebuilt head include cam seals or did you install them?

I had the head rebuilt at local auto machine shop. Figured they did it. I did replace the seal behind the exhaust cam pulley. Would these seals be in with a head gasket set?

if it did not leak before, i would say it looks like bad cam seals. never assume that a machine shop replaced seals without verification..

Does anyone have instructions for replacing the cam seals?
