I fell in love with the Clarion FB275BTB the first time I set my sights on it. I have waited until I could find one for a decent price, and then snatched it up. It is an FM/MP3 player... no CD or AM, just an SD slot for MP3's. It also has bluetooth so I can connect my cell phone with it like I do in my van. I LOVE this thing... I started off right too... listening to Claiborn and Xeno...

    Out with the old:

Damn Ford removal tool wouldn't do the trick, so I had to think fast:

Side shot to see the color(it changes through a ton of different colors):

    Claiborn and Xeno playin:

I had the camera on the wrong setting, so the pics are a bit grainy... oh well.

thanks man. I'm pretty happy with it. It's definitely not for everyone. I recommend it to anyone that prefers an MP3 player over a CD player.

What do those run? I've never seen one, definitely looks out of Star Wars :D Kinda cool though as I prefer MP3 to CD, might have to find me one.

Crutchfield has them for $150 plus shipping, but I got one from thier scratch and dent section for $135 shipped, and it was MINT. There were multiple bad reviews from people that obviously didn't read the features prior to buying. Some said they bought it, and returned it without installing. I believe that is what my scratch and dent was.

yep, it allows you to talk on your cell phone without holding the phone to your ear.

hehee, for those that don't want to look it up, it is standard size, and it uses an SD slot.

doesnt make sense that it would need to be so deep since there isnt a need for a laser and all the required items for a disc reader

Dave94lx I know this is an old thread but, and I can't see the pictures... But I assume you have a second gen, I'd like to know if that h/u is a single din and if so what dash kit to you go with? Or was it just a trim kit? Thanks!

i'm pretty sure it was his gen2. it was a single din. gen2's just remove the factory unit and slid in the new aftermarket frame.

The pics show a 3rd gen. Has anybody put a single din aftermarket h/u in a 2nd gen? If so do you have pics?
