Just as the title implies, I am new to the forums but do not own an Escort. I actually own a 97 Trans Am WS6 and visit the LTX/LSX forums regularly.
The reason for me signing up is due to my father-in-law. He owns a 1998 Ford Escort ZX2, but is having trouble finding a particular part. With my services to other car related forums, I knew that my best bet in finding this part would be to sign up on an Escort specific forum as I know how these communities work. So here I am, looking for this part. If anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated. He is looking for a cover that protects the belts from being splashed with water. Obviously this is a bottom mount guard. If anyone has any idea on part #, or if someone has one on hand, please let me know. I live in Wichita, KS, but the car is located in SW KS in a small town called Elkhart. Once again, any and all help would be GREATLY appreciated.
