4500 grand...they wont sell that engine...shit, they wont sell it for 2500... you can get a jdm b16a engine for like 1500..its a immaculate shape escort engine, but just way too over priced... if u said 1.8 w/ 10k...i live in ohio and i might be interested....

I don´t expect to see that engine sell anytime soon with a price like that. And what did the text say? That these engines new from factory go for $10,000?? Sorry, I don´t believe it. Yeah it´d be nice to have a virgin engine but not at that price.

I´m out to prove everyone wrong when I rebuild my engine. I plan on rebuilding with a cost of right around 5k. no expenses spared! I want a port and polish. a total cleaning of the block. A bore out, lightened and balanced crankshaft, new pistons, new header, new cams new valves, new springs. new oil filter. all new engine accessories: (PS, AC, Alt, new starter, battery) new coil, new distributor, new wires, plugs. EVERYTHING. then I can turbo it.
I´d feel a lot safer spending the money so I KNOW it´s 100% brand new. :-] I can´t wait to get started. stupid lack of funds. :-Y
