Hey guys i need to do my whole clutch pretty soon here i think. I can hear the throw out bearing knocking i believe?? and it slips over 3,000rpm shifts ( i never go over 3,000rpm so it should be fine for a while)

Now i'm curious which clutch is best. I dont drive this car like speedy gonzales. So i'm thinking stock will be fine. But i know on my old cavalier that getting a centerforce unit instead of the stocker saved me about $200, the catch was that it had no warranty.

Are there any clutches out there that are cheaper than stock that work better but still have a good warranty??

Thanks

If your gonna keep the power stock or no more then a 30% increase just get a regualar clutch kit from the local parts store. They are about $130.
What he said. But if you are planing on doing performance mods, like turbo for example then you may want to look into an aftermarket setup. I would go either ACT or Exedy.

while were on the topic.. i REALLY need a new clutch now. however ive gotten it to the point where it wont slip if i play my cards right. once the TQ drops off i can punch it more but it still slips like a protruding unit in a chasum of gavinal fluids....

does anyone make a clutch for our cars that are good for 300+ft/lbs / 300+hp
