Information I got from the ppg color book on tpcglobal's site (color library). From 88 to 90 there is three paint codes for the medium blue. Which is what I thought. 88 was 31, regatta blue poly. 89 was mq, crystal blue poly, 90 was ma, light crystal blue poly. I have a 88.5 and 2 90's that are blue. The 88 color is much better I believe. The ultra blue of the 90 Mustang to the left is still my favorite, code mm. Judging from the car in the picture, I think it is a 88.5
