Not sure if you're still looking for this (again I don't have an auto)...

Per Hayne's:

lower transaxle to oil pan bolts: 27-38 ft-lbs.

There is no torque pattern given in my Hayne's. Normally, for a square or rectangular flange, torquing is done from the middle of each side out toward the edges, going in a criss-cross pattern to each side. Step up using three or four intervals till the torque limit is reached. Your goal is to press the flanges together while trying to eliminate the possiblility of buckling. Ensure your bolts and threads are clean (tap if necessary).
