You could get the gt rims or zx2 rims.Gt front bumper, side skirts from a 93 to 96 escort gt would fit.Look in the photo gallery and the photo forum and you will see alot of examples of what people have done to their escorts.

Sweet! Another wagon driver.

Seems like you're headed the same route I took. I've yet to get my tint though, got some decent audio(pheonix gold coax's.)

EGT Rims ran me 100$. I shopped around before buying them, the average price was 25-35$ a wheel and the most i got quoted was 150 for a set.

If you can find 93 EGT rims i'd suggest getting them, they have a nice appearence and it doesnt have a huge centercap. I have 91-92's.

The expensive part is getting the tires for the EGT rims. Mind you that this is going to throw off your speedometer a little bit, nothing serious, when you speedometer reads 60mph you're actually going to be going 62mph.
The tires on the EGT(which I can't remember the size of right now) are like 87$ a piece new from goodyear. I'd go scout out a bunch of local junkyards, I got a set of 4 that were almost brand new for 100$ at a local Junkyard. They have like 90% of the tread -- no joke, they were just really muddy.

First thing you need to do to that wagon is peel that disgusting 94-95 pinstripe crap off the side of it. God I think that's hideous and I have no clue why they ever put them on escorts(and did you ever notice they always picked the worst color to accent the base color of the vehicle?). Second -- you'd be driving in more style with the black steel wheel exposed proudly then you are with those spokes you're working with. The escort(to me) looks like a toy, and those spokes look like they came off some more upscale luxury vehicle(like a buick or an olds) -- it just clashes kinda.

another thing you can do for -=FREE=- is take off your roof rack and turn it backwards. If you don't know what i'm talking about look at pictures of my vehicle, I didn't actually do this(think grandpa did before I inherited the vehicle), but I noticed that my roof rack is angled back towards the rear of the vehicle, whereas other wagons have angled towards the front of the vehicle, such as yours is(which I think is the way they came stock)

Anyways keep me updated with pictures... There aren't enough wagons around FEOA.

going to have to do that myself, nice.

ya know, that really does make it look less girly ... I might have to do that too.

Andrew -- yours is a 93 and has that stupid trim on it? I thought it was just on 94+, guess i'm mistaken!

By the way your wagon looks nice! I haven't seen it around here before.

Mines a 93 and didn't have any stupid trim. :-D

Peel yours off! Flip that roofrack! Make that wagon not so girly!!!

P.S. nice rims.

Oh! and go order the euro clearcorners off of www.procarparts.com

They have the OEM corner lenses in clear there as well... but the euro ones look extra hot, I paid about 64$ w/ shipping, and it's worth EVERY penny!
but if I get clear corners, I might actually have to clean my main lamp housings! 8O

and, thx, on the rims. yours definitely looks nice. I'm planning some rust repair work on some areas, and maybe replacing my hood with something lightened as rust is starting to get the better of its front edge.

Yeah -- from what I can see in your pictures your headlights are pretty groady looking. I dunno what to tell you to do about that, but I know of a company called Certifit and specializes in oem replica replacement parts. you can get a brand new 2gen entire headlight bracket and fixture for about 33$ through them. I was considering just buying a whole new pair myself when I got the euro clear corners, but I decided i'd hold out for now cause mine aren't in that bad of shape.

I still need a new front bumper though :-/ Look at how bad its warping under the passenger headlight!

Yeah, those headlights look about spent, and that hood looks like it's reached the end of the line. What are those plastic things on your front bumper? The ones with the wires coming out of them? Please don't tell me those are ricey neon lights :-D

It's also kinda funny that our frontal view photos are like identical -- with the plate # perfectly blended out and everything -- haha!

Did you do the air box mod yet to make your wagon sound ballsy and get an extra couple horses?

planning on modding the box when I put it back in after doing the clutch, which is 15% of the way to being out.

yeah, where can I find FG or CF hoods? that hood is done, and I'd like to improve the weight and balance while I'm at it.

the plastic things are part of a lidar disruptor system. gives lots of false alarms. installed by the previous owner. effectiveness unknown.

I am thinking about adding some rally lights. if I get the car into reliable enough shape and can afford winter rubber soon, I plan to SCCA Road Rally it, as my roomate's old beater is falling apart after last season.

Front bumper panel?

If you're talking about the grille insert it's the Escort GT grille. I bought it for $4.99 while at certifit buying my replacement oem fender that was nice, brand new, and unpainted(black metal) for $16.98. I decided to put it on the wagon because it's something you don't see alot... until I do it of course then I start seeing wagons with EGT grilles, but it's allright cause its always senior citizens driving them.

Oh - and if you're just talking about my warped bumper? Yeah it's the original.

haha no I was wondering about the grille insert. looks nice.

I have euro clears on my "Saranno Red" Eclipse, recently back from the body shop and an accident:

yes, white wheels, flame away.

I like the euro clears on that color red, not sure they'd work well on my maroonish wagon red though. also, anybody got a package with stealth bulbs? they've got a silver coating, blend in with the lamp while off, blink amber when lit ...

btw adrian sorry for the threadjack.
