Okay, let me know if you´ve had this problem, and how to fix it. The pulley that drives my accessories, has broke the bolts off, and I can´t get them out. Any recommedations? Will I have to replace the shaft, and how hard is it to do? Do you recommend that I get the parts from a junkyard or buy it new? And if you think I need to buy it new, do you have a recommended parts site that I can go to?

Please HELP!!!

If that doen´t work you will have to get a stud extractor. I will come with a small drill bit and a reverse drilling extractor. First you drill a small hole center of the stud with the drill bit then you use the extracting bit to pull the stud out. As you drill the bit starts to turn the stud out.

Thanks, but I´ve tried both of those. This time, they aren´t working for me. I have another idea. Remove the bolt and replace the timing belt sprocket that the pulley mounts to, and replace it. Has anyone had the pleasure of taking that sprocket off, yet?
