Got these from ProCarParts....
To get the needles red, here is what I did:
To get the needles to light up red, I replaced all the "illumination" bulbs with RED LED bulbs. You can get the LED bulbs in a wedge type harness, that just plugs in to where the old stock bulb was. Also, they make two types of LED bulbs, one with one led, and one with 4 little led´s on it... I got the one with 4 leds which made things brighter.
They are the LED´s featured in this ebay auction:

That guy wants 8 bucks for two red LED bulbs, but I found them at this site:

They are only like $1.50 each. Hope that helps some of you guys from being ripped of by ebay scammers....
