anything. unless you get a lesser resistance, every spark wire you get will give you the same amount of juice. having more spark doesn't mean you're going to get any hp gains. I would just get oem replacement wires.

As for plugs, the same thing. Bosch Platinum 2+ don't do anything...i never felt a difference in my 92 GT.

I'd personally go with a good quality NGK, Bosch etc. nothing fancy... don't even need platinum... or iridium it just makes them last longer. Magnecor wires are about the only ones I'd buy right now. They have a lot of good info on how wires work and what makes a good one on their website.

PS. I carry both NGK and Magnecor. I don't suggest them because I carry them. I carry them because they are the ones I like.

I have to say that magnecor wires kick butt. Had em on my Ranger after the turbo's heat ruined a few other sets.. (OEM, wells, some other kind I cant remember) and then I had an underhood fire that should have completely destroyed them. But I replaced the broken oil line and drove it home, and the engine never missed a beat. No, you won't feel any performance gain, there's no such thing as a high-performance plug or plug wire... But they'll probably last longer than the car.
