I wondered if you end up seeing any of the same people when you go - like maybe others that have this as well...

We've definitely seen others that are using moviepass, but there are too many different movies and showtimes that we haven't seen the same people repeatedly.

Just got out of The Meg. Didn't plan on seeing it, but my friend's kid wanted to go so we tagged along. Better than expected.

    Saw Mission Impossible Fallout yesterday.

    That's like 35 movies I've seen on Moviepass's dime!

Well, the ride is over. I got an email today that Moviepass was changing my plan from "unlimited" movies a month to THREE. Yeah, screw that. So they gave me the option of having a pro-rated refund, which I accepted. I spent $89.99 for the 1 year subscription, and only used less than 5 months. The pro-rated refund was $55.20! All in all, I ended up seeing 35 movies total for about $45. That's awesome.

Their business plan was unsustainable at the price you paid. I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did. At least you took advantage while you could.

Yup, I had a good run.

It was better for them to drop us now, anyway. If we had kept going to the movies, even at only 3 a month, by the end of our year plan we would have seen another 21 movies and spent at least $200. This way they got rid of us for $55

Your experience should make the Hitler Moviepass video even funnier.
