How can i get more power out of my 89 1.9L w/out multi-port FI?.....it is in a 89 wagon, and how hard would it be to put a standard in it?......i hate auto´s?....I dont want to be puting a lot of money in it i just want a little more power.

Well, you can´t get the extra power by pushing rpm´s in an auto, but you can replace the stock filter with a K&N and get a new cat-back exhaust...
