The Zetec into EGT has been done before, and what I'm doing is basically the reverse of that.
I have never heard of anybody putting a Zetec into and EGT because its yet again a pointless swap.
However, I have seen people put the Zetec into an LX. That is a completely different ball game wiring wise. Both the 1.9 CVH and Zetec use the same EDIS ignition system and have the same firing order which means the CVH computer will run the Zetec. Lots of stuff on the Zetec and CVH are the same. The Zetec is just about a DOHC version of the CVH so swapping it is just a matter of splicing and extending a few wires under hood and rigging up a CPS if you plan on keeping the 1.9 transmission. There is one guy that has a Zetec swap on his 2nd gen and used the ZX2 wiring. He didn't actually do the swap though, he bought it that way.
The BP is a completely different engine. It doesn't use EDIS, I think the firing order is different, and all the sensors that have to do with the the fuel injection are different as well. Its also a Mazda motor while the Zetec and CVH are Ford designs.
You are gonna need complete wiring diagrams for the EGT and ZX2 to figure out what you need to cut and splice to make it work. Not to mention you will probably need the EGT fuel tank, sending unit/pump, and the filler neck. Then you will have to rewire the TPS once you get a BP-T and have to swap its ECU in.
