lots o´ parts

ya so, this guy i´ve seen in town approaches me today saying how his 96lx "shifts really hard only out of first".
whatever that means? anyone know if the auto/trns has an adjustment or if it is fully electronic(computer controlled)
so anyway i offered $200bucks for the car, and he actually stated he may concider, giving me his B/card this thing is in good shape and only has 58000 miles on the clock. it´s a black tracer 1.9 power everything, and some nice ICE. aw come on, this is to good to be true
