Thought I'd give this a shot before I condemn my newly-acquired '98 to banishment or death. I'll make a final call on it this weekend but it appears my motor swallowed a valve seat and suffered some lower-end damage instead of the belt jumping time like I was told. If I can get this girl going again on the cheap I'd like to give it a try as it is exceptionally clean for a 24-year-old Ohio car. I def don't have the time to do a rebuild or anything of that magnitude but an engine swap might be do-able. Please let me know if you or someone you know has somethinng I might possibly be able to use, thanks!
