Looking for Buffalo NY Area Member

I am looking for someone in or around the Buffalo, NY. that would be willing to have a bumper valance shipped to them so that I can cross the border and pick it up.
It is being shipped from NYC and there is no way that I can travel that far right now....and UPS won´t ship the valance accross the border to me.

Can anyone help me out on this??

Skuce: They won´t ship at all? That´s B.S. but sounds like UPS.
