Last night down in Phoenix for Bug-O-Rama I was pushing the Escort to the max on I-17 and saw a dodge Viper RT/10 so I punched it and flew up next to him.

Realize my exhaust is CRAZY LOUD...he started to accelerate, but I beat him to it and jetted by. He tried following me as I weaved in n´ out of traffic because of his size....he couldn´t fit?!?!?! LOL hahaha... Does that count as a kill ?!?!? I want to be the scort owner the killed a Viper !

Thats true...but I wouldn´t be able to resist if it was me. And as much as it was nice to ditch a viper in traffic once. If there wasn´t traffic I would of been toasted badly. Oh well, nice looking car. I did give him the big thumbs up.

I dont know, even when they´re parked you just keep looking and thinkin´ "Damn, that´s a fine @$$ !!" After driving one though...really uncomfortable, but its a Viper, so who cares.

honestly why the hell do people think they are so good? they are way too slow for the size engine they have. i mean its got a friggin 8L and still a crovette or stang can blow it off of the road in a drag race. THEY ARENT THAT GOOD AT ALL!!!!
for once made a cobra stang with an 8L and it did 0-60 in 3.6 seconds, with a 3 speed automatic tranny!!!!

what year stang, model, engine??

if i´m not mistaken i thought the biggest engine in a stang ever was the 429...maybe a 460. and 0-60 in 3.6...i am not sure...send a link so we can all check it out. i am not saying you arent tellin the truth, its just i never knew about this...i´d like to see it cause i just love muscle cars.

Well, I´ve seen a Saleen (dont know what was done to it besides the saleen package) run a 11.xx before...that was faster then the 12.xx Viper GTS I saw. But then again, that´s comparing a highly *tweeked* Stang to a OEM Viper. I´m sure you slap a supercharger, maybe a little N2O, and do internal upgrades you could see a viper that can kill faster then the king of all king Cobra´s.
