I dont mind losing as much weight as possible on this car but that is only because it is much cheaper than doing mods..

I won´t give up my air conditioning cause i have a child and it can be very hot most of the year here.

Spare tire and jack are obvious ones if you have roadside assistance.

What else can you guys come up with?

well, take out your passenger seat, all the door moldings, inside moldings, the speakers, radio, carpet, anything plastic thats non essential. that should lose probably right around 200 lbs or so.

That peice of glass over the Gauge Cluster could be done away with.. like who touches the knobs anyways..

There is so much you could do.It really depends on how far you want to go.you could lose the glove box.go to a one wiper set up if you have dual out side mirrors you can lose the one on the windshield.rear wiper and motor and pump.You could even get plexi glass windows in the sides or plexi glass mirror glass and loose the remote cables or motors.There is also a big metal plate under the steering column that can be seperated from the plastic panel and that weighs a few lbs.the sound deadening material on the firewall.(but If you are concerned about heat maybe not)Oh and if you have the metal framed split fold rear seats,You could switch em for the ones from a gl or pony.They are molded plastic and weigh like less then half what the split fold ones do.BUt you lose the ability to fold only one seat.
