Sorry guys you'll have to bear with me here I'm looking for a shopping list. Does any one have the jspec 1.8l turbo motor rated stock at 210hp ? Would it be cheaper to build it or buy it? And can that motor be "tuned"(before bolt on or plug and play components) for a higher hp output ? What would you have to do to add a 40 hp shot of nos to a turboed motor ? Oh and sorry 'bout the old pic, just imagine a white 89 waggy and a red 91 gt sittin with my other two(and the blue waggy has a gt bumper now). Some would say I'm hoarding but I would say I'm expressing my desire to own a fleet of scorts.

well the GTR motor is extremly rare. I know of one available but it wouldn't be cheap. It would be cheaper to do either a GTX engine or turbo your BP.

As Matt said, finding a true GTR is rare. You'd be better off to buy a JDM GTX and throw it in, from there you can do a wastegate/fuel upgrade and get those extra 30 hp the GTR would give you anyway.

That way you'd have a GTX/R. :wink:

an external wastegate on a factory gtx is a waste of time. just buy a gtx and get the gtx ecu for it and it will be a 14 second street car.
