92 you say you're sick of seeing BS posts yet you sit here and argue with people and occasionally call them names. Can't you get along with some people? I mean we all have something in common. we drive Escorts, if you can't get along with some of us, then whats going to happen if you ever happen to be at a meet when Beav or Tito happen show up? I know this makes me think twice about taking a day off of work to drive 5 hrs to meet someone.

I thought he was just being an ass about the articles section being sparse. Since the Articles are user-submitted, I feel it's up to the users of FEOA to add content. I didn't realize that 92 had made his comment in resentment for having his transmission swap tutorial overlooked. As it stands, neither of us ended up being constructive.. but I think we were both finished.

Beav, I can tell you know a lot about cars, way more than me, and you try to come off as way more mature than I am. I admit I say stupid **** on here, but... and correct me if I'm wrong, (which I'm not) aren't you hijacking his post to basically smart off to 92 about a how he should write a tech article or STFU AFTER you told off 95sittinlo when he whined about his thread being hijacked??

I was being hypocritical, yes, but not because of that sittinlo thing. I responded to 92 because I thought it was kinda rude and off-topic of him to say something so negative in Silver's post.. so I responded with something more rude and off-topic :roll: It didn't seem hypocritical at the time.. :banghead: .. I screwed up. I don't pretend to be perfect.

I responded to SittinLo's post in jest. I just thought it was humorous after all the times he's said "sorry about hijacking your thread, but I'm too lazy to make a new one", there was half of FEOA carrying on a conversation in his thread that had no relevance to his topic. I wasn't trying to tell him off.. actually, I think I included a :wink: or a or two.

As for the maturity thing.. well.. I wish I could back that up. Sorry if I come across as 'over-stuffed' sometimes.

All I can say to you two is kiss and make up. there isn't any need for hostility. If you don't like what someone says bite your damn lip.

Good advice. I won't kiss him, and he best not kiss me either.. but I'd shake his hand and probably treat him to a drink ccasion5: (assuming legal age, of course ) or two were we to meet in person some day.. same goes for you James.. even SittinLo.

Again don't worry about it so much. I'll apologize to poor Silver for making his thread into a temporary battlegrounds :boxing:.
