my car finally came an inch closer to the ground last night. with tokico struts and eibach springs. in all it took us about 2 hours to get the springs and struts in and mount and balance tires on the 2 front wheels. i am super pleased so far just because of the ride quality, but i must say it has been raining cats and dogs since i installed them so no g pulling yet :)

before: (super old pic but best side view of before i have on my computer)

then after: (sorry these came out kinda blurrific but it was the best i could do it the monsoon i call oregon)

so there is the whip... i cannot wait for a dry day... not to mention the on ramp I 84 i have to take every day to get to work is a 270 degree loop so that will be super fun.

Nice setup what did it run you? Where'd you buy it? I'm guessing the 270 you're talking about is the one off 181st? I use to live out there. Watch the cops on 84.

lol... yep thats the one 181st yeah 2 times so far i have come around that corner... well on my stock suspension i could take it about 50-60 on a dry day so by the time i swing over to the fast lane im donin like 80 if i keep my foot to the floor. and one time i looked up just as i crossed the 80mph mark and saw a cop radaring in the fast lane median. i passed him doing 80, good thing i think he had a speed trap going and he was hittin the east bound traffic and probably callin ahead to another poe. 84 sucks at least the speed limit is 60 now :)

the setup costed me 450 dollars from ford. my cousin works there so i got a small discount but not much i guess the same setup can be had (shipped) for 500. its zx2 tokico s/r struts and zx2 eibach springs with the zx2 perches and strut bearnings.

yeah bluescort im like 15 min from the 205 bridge to washington. if you ever need help doing something ive had to tear into my scort a number of times

motor
trans x2
suspension
full interior (dash seats carpet... basically gutted)

so yeah you ever need help doing something just haller.
