I've searched and searched, no such thing. Buy a Haynes. Best 20 bucks I ever spent for my car.

Just go the Autozone and take one out of the plastic to check what you need. My local Autozone is run by people who dont really care if you take it out the plastic. Maybe more of them dont care as long as you dont damage the manual. Autozone seems to be pretty lean-yent(sp?) and helpful.

Re: Is there a free online manual for a 93 ford escort lx wa

Talk to the librarian or go to the website of your local public library. Mine has online manuals for just about everything.

Yeah, I work at AZ and really no one at our store really cares as long as you ask. Although I personally would recommend getting a subscption to alldatadiy (you can buy it at AZ as well), it's the same as what many shops are using, that or Mitchell OnDemand, in addition it gives you labor times on the repair work, so you can see if a shop is overcharging you for labor if you get work down somewhere.
