Yoda started the car of the month thing up again a few months ago. So far I don't think it's been an overwhelming success. I've tried to stay up with it. This month he decided to highlight us. I haven't seen much going on since it was posted, so I've decided to take the initation to tell you. So let's go boys (and the occasional girl or two) and show the 2g and 3g what we're made of. Let's get the most activity going!

hah! I don't think my car is anywhere close to COTM material...primer spots, no interior, zip ties in various spots, rust in others, and faded/rough paint. Or maybe it is....:p

I have zap straps in my engine bay, sun damage in the paint on my hood, permanently stained carpet and two screws holding my passenger side mirror on... my steering rack bushings are shot, the clutch is going, my drums squeal, an unknown electrical issue, and somebody rear ended me today only putting scratches in my bumper but still... COTM it is not. :)

Ha, sounds like my 1st gen. we could always take it to the flip side...see who's kept the nastiest bucket running 20+ years later! Cut seatbelts, cracked windshield, cracked dash, headlight assembly wont adjust, missing trim and to top it all off the damn radio cuts off when you turn the headlights on, how the hell did someone mess that up? Don't think my baby blue on stock 13's is gonna be COTM anytime soon!
Looks like it's up to you marshpoprock!

I know I can qualify in this league and would stand a good chance of winning the GRAND PRIZE.

My front and rear bumpers are pretty bad off. The rear cover is cracked all the way across now. The front bumper has no ground effects, my vacuum chamber is showing, and the actual bumper has been cracked in half ;) But she runs well.

From the sounds of it, there'd be a strong showing if there was an ugliest COTM. Looks like some have already stated their cases.

I'm in. I've never washed mine in 8 years of ownership. It's beyond dirty. It's now a two-tone metallic green and black-plague-mold paint job.

Maybe we should talk to Yoda and have UCOTM... I'd at least have a chance at competing, and possibly winning something (even if it is a giant middle finger due to driving an obscenely broken car).

Mine still has dried mud on the firewall and catalytic converter that I got on it before I had my accident in 2000 and became disabled. I think it came off of a construction site I was working on in '99. That on the converter should be cooked on and be like a brick by now. It'd probably take a hammer and chisel or a grinder to remove it now.

Or just removing the catalytic converter altogether.

Well, I figure I might get atleast one vote. I don't think there much of chance for me. Being that the other two are testosterone based. Mine just looks pretty. I'm off to cast my lone vote!

very nice cars, people. my scort doesn't look too bad, but has several primer spots on the left and right sides, a few hail dents, and a small dent on the left front fender.
