Not that I'm lazy or anything (actually I am really tired right now from work) but what are my options as far as an upgraded ignition coil formy 93 EGT? I saw two coils on ZXTuner but those say that they fit only 1.9/2.0 2G's and then the Zetec engines. is there anything by oh let's say... MSD that will work for the 2G GT's?

Your coil on the mazda motor should be pretty standard. Just about any aftermarket coil made for a distributor ignition system should work.

The ford motors use EDIS (electronic distributorless ignition system), and those coil-packs are the only option for us LX fools.
