Whats going on everbody!! Just want to know what ignition coil/module any of you 1.8 owners are using right now and if they´re worth the money performance-wise. I got the hood up so I´d like to get any extra mods done while I´m at. Any replies, jokes, porn are greatly appreciated!! :-]

i have msd starter system w/ backup battery. I´m one of those types who like to listen to their system when their car is off so i always drain the battery so i have a secondary 12 volt battery that i used to use for my security systsem that i use for my starter system.. i also have msd coil pack. I´d love to find a high amperage alternator, but i just dont have ne luck.

You just get the coil only or you also have the ignition module? You try JC Whitney for the hi output Alternator? Or just check alternator shops and see how much they want to UP the outut on your stock Alt. :-]

unless you really need an upgraded ign. the stock set-up is pretty good. btw where in jersey are you from, how close to newark?
