ok did the excam swap to tee by the directions on here also put new headgasket and started it up and it ran smooth as idle wise anyway there was aloud slapping noise thought it just needed aboost of oil so bumped the gas and bam it quit running no holes on the block or pan but there was oil that came out above the starter where the block meets the head and it had metalshavings but the dipstick said full and the was clean someone told me i might have put the headgasket upside down would this cause this any ideas also the new excam is junk now broke off the locator pin and bolt

thanx for the replys cam got starved of oil the seized up broke bolt and locator pin off cam my dump ass put the headgasket on upside down it was late and my goof cost my new cam and junked the head all is better i got another head
