I would try an automotive machine shop. Those dowels are more or less standard items, though there are different sizes for bigger engines. If the machine shop doesnt have them, ask him where he gets his when he needs them. They are probably in a Mahle or Moog or some such catalog.
I need cylinder head dowel pins for '95 1.9L
any ideas on where to get anyreplacements , or substitutes, short of pulling from junkyard?

i grabbed some at a jy but you might beable to get some at the dealership.
