I was trying to disconnect my return fuel line from the fuel rail with that strange cylindrical spring-loaded connector, and thing wouldn't budge (yes, I was using the correct tool). Apparently I pulled a bit hard, and the little tube just snapped right off. 8O

Unless there's some cheap way of repairing this, I'm now going to need a new fuel rail. However, as with most things on these cars, nobody seems to sell a replacement. I'm wondering if maybe the fuel rail on a later model CVH would be backwards compatible with the HO. Any ideas?

Yes, I wish I had just done it that way. I was actually trying to get the plastic connector off first, but I couldn't for the life of me figure out how the thing was attached. I just couldn't see down in there, but it looks like the same kind of fitting that's used on the fuel filter, only smaller. Is this correct?
