This is what's left of my new SHO after i was ran off the road this past weekend. I hate kids, and dark, narrow, blind turns in the middle of a cornfield.

anyways, I hated the gas prices of the larger car, and I hated the insurance prices on newer cars, so I'm looking at getting a '93-95 EGT again, and continue building my TBird race car, which had been put on hold due to the expense of owning a rather new car.

Just thought I'd give the few of you that actually thought I was an alright guy a heads up on what was up with me, and that I might be back around with another EGT sometime soon.

If anyone knows of any good deals on EGT's anywhere between SC and PA, let me know. Thanks guys!!

rolled 3 times, landed on the roof, crawled out of the car and waited for an ambulance/police to arrive.

no bruises, no broken bones, 2 scratches that i got because i had to crawl through broken glass to get out. it defintaly puts a new outlook on life.

hows your kid doin'? :)

You're one lucky SOB, Tito. I'm glad you're back (and well). Looks like the roof barely held 8O

Keep an eye open for a protege too.. it might put a new spin on an old familiar car for you. Also, check in your area for any 323 GTXs or GTs.. wouldn't hurt to start out with a little turbo'd BP.

what the f????

You've had the car a month and you already rolled it? what a waste of a perfectly good SHO. I'm glad you're all good though. Welcome back to the world of the Escort sport compact. Dayum...and when I thought my world was going to end when I did THIS to my car:

I accidently rammed a curb at McDonalds. heh

I'm glad you're alright....Get a 323 or LTS though. harder to find but a better find and a better sleeper when you do have it.

How fast were you going and how did THEY make you roll your car? I need to know details here.

btw Paul, Katy's a little cutie.

My guess'd be they were out in the middle of an empty road late at night, down which Tito was driving his SHO, came around a corner, and swerved to avoid them? Thus rolling the car? That's my guess. Lets see if I'm right.

Hehehe, my wife won't let me do anything to the Accord, except I'll be putting a CD player in it this weekend.

I'm getting a mental picture of a radio flyer with a wing, big mud tires, all wheel disk brakes, and maybe even hydrolics and a system, if you can find a way to power them.

you know... I bet you could cut the centers out of the wheels, take a drill press or metal router to some sheet metal and make some wicked custom rims and then get them chromed or powder coated. I was thinking a sweet ghost flame paint job. Probably better rhino line the inside or have it a solid color though. I could see that getting dug up in no time.

hmm... or there is the full dragster look with the CF wing you just talked about. However I think the big wheel off-roady look is probably better for a utility type wagon....

I need to go to the henry ford clinic :(

I know I sure did. First 98 Mystique, then a 97 Altima, then back to a 95 EGT. It's just a fun little car.

But....thinking of selling mine. Got my eyes on a 2000/2001 Celica GTS.

Tito - the wreck looks awful. Glad you're alright. From the look of the car, amazing that you didn't come out much worse. Rolling is supposed to be the most dangerous type of wreck.

Looks like this one just sold, but maybe you can ask the buyer if they might sell it to you:
