    What the hell is that thing on the Dodge under the front bumper in front of the passenger front wheel? Is it an intake or something? What for?

    wrong...... the mx-3 with the tubular turbo manifold on the 1.8 head. the guy with the wife beater tan lines is sitting next to it.

    Edit: Yeah, thought it was a Dodge in my first post, but it says "DGE" or something similar on it, not "DODGE".

    That car is a turbo Protege. The big pipe is the exhaust from the turbo, the small pipe it the exhaust from the external wastegate. That is a common setup on cars that are strictly setup up for dragracing.
