I've been coming to the forums for a while now but just recently made , I have 1993 Ford Escort LX Wagon, Green, with a pretty big dent in the side of it. Bought it for $1300 (Over spent a bit given it's condition), but I've loved the thing the whole time I've owned it. I want to do a 1.8l swap into it, I know it's kinda "Cliche" but I'm still new to the automotive building world so I'm starting "Small" so to speak. I also want to do the rear disk brake conversion for it since the JY EGT still has them. Just got EGT seats for it, pretty big tear in the driver's seat so i'm gonna have to repair it (As I haven't found another EGT near me yet). I'm still new to the whole world of swapping parts and everything, so I'll be asking about that at some point! I look forward to my future with my Escort, especially seeing that it's a pretty big cult car XD.

You would do well to get the whole GT car from the junkyard.

They aren't selling the whole car sadly, it's Pick N' Pull

That's a bummer. I have bought two whole cars from junkyards, and even got papers and repaired and drove one of them. Another junkyard wouldn't sell me a whole car.

I'm looking around but they seem to be few and far between in northern NV

We have driven through northern Nevada, mostly on NV95 and I-80. The most common things we saw were desert & more desert.

I was out in Vegas back in 2016. I want to go back sometime, I loved it out there.
