i was thinkin the 1.8 was only in gts? aint complainin though bought it for gas and some supreme idiot had it before me and wired it all kindsa stupid. figured id check around to see if i can make the little thing quicker itll already lay the smack down on most them ricers though so im happy this is just the first 4 banger i ever messed with so i dont know what it likes. thanks guys.

In 92 and 93, the Escort LX-E came with a 1.8L DOHC engine, 4 wheel disc brakes, etc. I owned one for many years, they are pretty nice sleepers.

Cut intake, E-cam swap, 4 wire TPS, timing advance, Turbos....etc. Great engines IMO.
