Not sure if it's the same for sedans but in my wagon you have to remove the rear seat bottom first. Doing this will expose the bolts that hold the side bolsters to the rear seat backs. IIRC, the side bolsters are held down by a bolt and a clip on the bottom. Once you remove these you should be able to lift the rear deck and get to the rear strut towers.
