2000 zx2 with "cold air" intake (it was on the car when I bought it, personally I would have put long tube headers on before I did a cold air intake. Looking for parts, to star pricing & collecting for a total rebuild, forged pistons, more aggressive cams (& VCT delete of course), new suspension (racing suspension is around $1k, but need help finding a turbo manifold, keep finding focus turbo manifolds, any one know if it would fit? I've seen that with a little work you can put a focus intake manifold, so I'm thinking about supercharging it, though I've seen this mini supercharger (last pic) anyone have any thoughts on it?

Link to info on the mini super...…

Nevermind. AMR300 Roots style Supercharger. From the quick read this model is good up to 1600cc. 2 liter will yield around 5 psi at 8000rpm.

Sold mine in January, just bought it back two days ago. Now to replace what they didn't seem to care about; Tires, brakes, tie rod ends, ya know everything that makes it safe. Got a full day ahead of me tomorrow.

I'll chime in. This is my 3rd ZX2, always had one since 2001. Current setup in my sig, right now I'm running on a 9psi spring with 26 degree ignition and 12:1 a/f on 9.5:1 compression, according to my megasquirt data and calculations I should be putting out 330hp without verifying on a dyno. Current goal over the winter is swapping in my modified fuel rails for my Skyline GTS injectors, running E85, and turning the boost up to 14psi for an estimated 400whp. All on stock engine internals, gotta love the KL motor :)

I just bought my 2003 ZX2, paid $1500 for it. I'm having trouble finding a repair manual for it, needs a tune up but so far haven't had one issue with it. I have driven it to the Washington Coast, through Idaho and back. Great gas mileage and I love the Moon Roof!! It is worth every dime and I drive every chance I get, went Berry picking on Mount Spokane several times in August and she flew up the mountain no problem, can't wait to take it on more adventures!!

Jealous of the moon roof!

I got a shop repair manual and electrical diagram manual on eBay for $20 plus shipping, there should be more on there.

Still have my 03 zx2 my grandpa bought used for me in high school in 2012. Me and my friend repainted her about a year ago in the original black clearcoat and has always been loved and maintained meticulously. Couldn't imagine ever selling her.

PowerWorks (Mahle-a German manufacture) made a supercharger kit for the 2003 Focus SVT. You send them your PCM and they re-flash it for boost. No longer available and the PCM is not interchangeable with the ZX2. The pic is the PowerWorks; the right side of the unit is the top so that the supercharger sits below the intake runners hence it looks more stock when you open the hood.
