www.alldata.com its $25 but you get ever tsb and instructions for removing repairing just about any thing on a car. I have a 98 zx2 and here is what it says to do, at the bottom is the Fuel Pressure Release guide.
I AM IN NO WAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY THING ELSE YOU DO BY FOLLOWING THESE DIRECTIONS.
Disconnect the battery ground cable.
Perform the fuel pressure release procedure.
Remove the rear seat cushion assembly.
Disconnect the two fuel delivery module electrical connectors.
Remove the four fuel delivery module access cover screws and remove the fuel delivery module access cover.
Disconnect the fuel delivery module electrical connector for fuel tank pressure transducer.
Remove the fuel line clip and disconnect the fuel line.
Use Fuel Tank Locking Wrench to remove the fuel delivery module locking retainer ring.
INSTALLATION
To install, reverse the removal procedure. NOTE:
When the battery is disconnected and reconnected, some abnormal drive symptoms may occur while the vehicle relearns its adaptive strategy. The vehicle may need to be driven 16km (10 mi) or more to relearn the strategy.
Install a new fuel pump mounting gasket. Replace the fuel line clips if necessary.
Remove the schrader valve cap at the end of the fuel injection supply manifold, and attach Fuel Pressure Gauge. WARNING:
DO NOT SMOKE OR CARRY LIGHTED TOBACCO OR AN OPEN FLAME OF ANY TYPE WHEN WORKING ON OR NEAR ANY FUEL RELATED COMPONENT. HIGHLY FLAMMABLE MIXTURES ARE ALWAYS PRESENT AND MAY BE IGNITED, RESULTING IN POSSIBLE PERSONAL INJURY.
FUEL IN THE FUEL SYSTEM REMAINS UNDER HIGH PRESSURE EVEN WHEN THE ENGINE IS NOT RUNNING.
BEFORE REPAIRING OR DISCONNECTING ANY OF THE FUEL LINES OR FUEL SYSTEM COMPONENTS, THE FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE MUST BE RELIEVED.
Open the manual valve on Fuel Pressure Gauge slowly to relieve fuel system pressure.
